Services Agreement: By engaging with Jamesecreates, you agree to the terms outlined here for all graphic design and photography services.

1. Scope of Work: Our services include graphic design and photography as agreed upon. Any additional services not explicitly mentioned will require separate negotiation.

2. Intellectual Property: All designs and photographs created by Jamesecreates remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon payment, clients gain limited rights as outlined in the agreement.

3. Client Responsibilities: Clients are responsible for providing accurate information and materials required for the project. Delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate information are not the responsibility of Jamesecreates.

4. Payment: Payment terms will be agreed upon before work begins. Late payments may result in project delays or additional charges.

5. Revisions: We strive for client satisfaction. Revisions will be accommodated within the scope of the project. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

6. Cancellation: Either party may terminate the project with written notice. Clients will be billed for work completed up to that point.

7. Confidentiality: Both parties agree to keep confidential information shared during the project confidential.

8. Liability: Jamesecreates is not liable for any damages or loss resulting from the use or misuse of our services or deliverables.

9. Force Majeure: We are not responsible for delays or inability to perform due to events beyond our control.

10. Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the relevant courts.

11. Amendments: Jamesecreates reserves the right to update or modify these terms as needed. Clients will be notified of any changes.
